Why should you be a member of an American Legion Post?

The American Legion is America’s largest supporter of veterans in the country.

It is also the nation’s strongest voice to Congress on behalf of our veterans. Congress listens to numbers and votes, the American Legion has 2.4 million members across the country but we need an even louder voice and more votes so that Congress and our nation will provide the support and medical needs for our veterans.

Join us at Post 175 in Mechanicsville, VA in this endeavor.

Stop by on any Tuesday morning for the Commanders Coffee and enjoy a donut and meeting some of our members in a casual get together from 9:00 AM to 11:00AM.

We meet on the 4th Tuesday evening each month, at 8700 Bell Creek Rd. , Mechanicsville, VA 23111 with dinner, 6:00pm, followed by a membership meeting at 7:00pm.

Its Veterans meeting Veterans to support Veterans in need of help or assistance, we can do together what no one of us can do alone.
