The Post is holding it's first ever Yard Sale  and Flea Market on May 3rd from 7 A.M. - 1 P.M.

 Tables are available for rent ($10.00 outside, $20.00 inside).
Concessions will be available.

 Post members, and the public,  are asked to bring any yard

sale items to the Post FROM NOW UNTIL MAY 2 AT 6 P.M..

All donations are tax deductible!


Post elections are right around the corner. If you are interested in running for one of the Post positions, please let Sean Davis (contact Shawn at or 804-439-2289) know prior to April 22nd (our next business meeting date). The slate of officers will be published IAW our by-laws.

The Post is open at 4 P.M. on Fridays for all active members and guests. We are advertising this as "Game Day" and will have board games, cards, darts and pool available for use. So, bring a friend and come on down and enjoy our new Friday Afternoon Game Day!


American Legion Post 175 is sponsoring Cub Scout Pack 553 and Boy Scout Troop 553; if you know of a boy who loves the outdoors, outdoor activities, along with adventure, encourage them to join the scouts. Scouts are open to all boys ages 7 - 18. The troop is attending summer camp this summer at Camp T. Brady Saunders from July 13 - 19, 2014 for a full week of excitement.
